Telesales Executives – circa £14k, ote £25k (uncapped)

One of our products is sold by telesales to the SME/soho market. This market is estimated at around 20,000 units per annum and from a standing start in 2003 FP now takes 10% of those sales - this year OUR CHALLENGE is to DOUBLE sales. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customer Support Advisor - circa £18K ote

This role requires very strong call handling skills, dealing with incoming support calls from our customer base relating to variety of queries. The successful applicant will need to be customer focused, enthusiastic and patient. Full product training will be provided, as part of the role will involve basic technical assistance over the telephone. This role requires strong administration skills & excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will need to have a professional telephone manner, flexible and friendly attitude. The main responsibilities will be administering all sales orders and to be the first point of contact from all external calls and enquiries from customers, Franchise interaction for sales and new business and keeping our in house database up to date. FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER VACANCIES – circa £18k ote  

The ideal applicant will possess electro-mechanical knowledge and will be educated to at least B Tec standard electronics/electrical engineering level or City & Guilds electrical and electronic servicing level 3, preferably with a technical background. Customer handling skills, together with the ability to work on own initiative with self-motivation and flexibility is essential. Full clean driving licence is essential.
