Customer Support Changes

Why are we changing?
Ofcom have recently announced forthcoming changes to the call charges for "0870" numbers. We do not want to pass any extra charges onto our customers and so in preparation for these changes, as of 1 September 2008, we are introducing new Customer Support "0844" numbers.

What is an "0844" number?
There are several different call charges companies can opt for when choosing an "0844" number which will generate revenue.  However, FP have chosen to actually cut the cost for customers calling to a national rate of just 1.7p per minute. 

What are the new numbers?
The new Customer Support telephone numbers are as follows:-

Customer Support:
0844 225 2233 (Opt 3)

Teleset:
0844 225 0222
