Parcelforce Rate Change 2009

Parcelforce have recently announced an increase in their Worldwide tariffs for UK and International Services.  This will come into effect on 5 October, 2009.

HOW WILL THIS CHANGE EFFECT MY POSTAL EQUIPMENT…..
You only need to order the updated chip if you use the Parcelforce option on your FP postal scale. 

If you have a Ratemail or PIP scale, you will have already been sent an order form.  If you have placed your order, your chip will be despatched by 25 September.  You can still order your chip for a limited period, please click here and remember to input your promotional code which can be found on your order form for your on line discount. 

HOW DO I FIT THE UPDATED RATE CHIP…..?
The rate chip can be easily self installed and step by step instructions are included with your chip.  Please ensure you do not install the chip until MONDAY 5 OCTOBER, 2009 when the rate changes come into effect. 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NEW RATE CHIP…..?
As of 25 September, all orders received by our deadline for rate chips will have been fulfilled. If you have placed an order and have not received your chip by 1 October, please email us at fpratechange@fpmailing.co.uk

Whilst we cannot guarantee to fulfil orders received after our deadline of 16 September in time for the rate change date, we will endeavour to despatch them as soon as possible.
