Payment Methods

Direct Debit
The best way to pay for your postage is by direct debit and it’s Free!

Once the money is received the amount is then available to download onto your postage meter.  Once this transaction has taken place FP’s Teleset system will then automatically generate a Teleset Account Notification Invoice for you which will show the amount downloaded and the amount which will be claimed by DD from your bank account within 5 working days of the download.

There are no charges for payments made by Direct Debit and you are entitled to 12 Free resets per annum.

BACS
Direct payment to Francotyp Postalia Teleset bank account via BACS.
To enable you to make a payment by this method you need the following details;
Royal Bank of Scotland
Sort Code 16-17-32
Account Number 11491940
Account Name TELESET

Note: It is important that you put your FP Account Number in the Payment Reference Field.

A payment by BACS incurs a handling charge of £6.00 + VAT (£7.05) and you are entitled to 6 Free resets per annum. (£11.00 + VAT (£12.93) per excess reset)

Cheque
Payments/Deposits can be made by Cheque payable to “TELESET” with your account number written on the reverse of the cheque and sent to: Attn: FP TELESET, Lakeside House, 74 Questor, Powdermill Lane, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1EF.

Payment by cheque incurs a handling charge of £6.00 + VAT (£7.05) and you are entitled to 6 Free resets per annum. (£11.00 + VAT (£12.93) per excess reset)

Credit Card
Payments/Deposits can be made by Visa/Mastercard credit cards and most Debit cards ie Switch/Solo etc. American Express cards are not accepted. Credit card lines are open 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be charged a percentage of the transaction value for using credit & debit cards (full charges sheet can be found later on in this Section) and you are entitled to 6 Free resets per annum.
