Welcome to the FP Mailing Advert Designer
The choice is yours; advertising on your mail is very effective, both in conveying your corporate image and even “subconsciously” promoting your brand.
Using our exclusive Advert Designer you can make your envelopes look exactly how you want them to.
Step 1 - To get started all you need to do is fill in a few details below, including whether you are ordering an advert cliché for a new or existing machine and your machine type.
Step 2 - Once you've submitted the above details, select the image you want to upload to the Designer (e.g. company logo). You can do this by clicking the "browse" button which will help you find your logo on your computer. After you've selected the logo, simply click "upload logo" and then position it where you would like it to appear within the template shown. Please ensure your address is not part of the image uploaded.
You can also add your return address free of charge if you want taking advantage of ERA benefits. Then simply preview before confirming.
Step 3 - If you're happy with your advert cliché, simply click "submit image" and confirm your order. That's it.... we'll do the rest.
Return Address (optional)
You can add a return address to your cliche like the one shown below.
To meet Royal Mail guidelines this address must contain the following:
- Company name or contact name
- Street or address number
- Postal town
- Postcode
Please Note you must not include Telephone numbers, websites or Countries in your return address
