Royal Mail - Volume Related Discount (VRD)   There is now as of April a further discount on top of the Cleanmail Advance that is based around the volumes mailed . . . Customers can now benefit from Volume Related Discounts on a wider number of our services. From 7 April 2008, when using any of the applicable services, customers will receive a discount of up to 5.5% off their postage costs if their mailing reaches the volumes shown in the table below. Even better, there’s no need to make any changes to qualify or even claim the discount as it will automatically appear on invoices. The discount is calculated by service, class and format for each mailing that we collect from you per site/location, none of which can be combined towards the discount.
