We do not leave you satisfaction to chance. We regularly survey our customers by post and by phone to check that we are meeting your expectations. You will probably receive your first survey call within the first three months of using your FP machine. If there is anything that has been less than excellent in our products or service please do not wait for the survey let us know straight away.

We care about trying to be the best which means we care about always trying to improve which means we care about our customers. Words are cheap but we are true to this ideal so every third month we ask our customers what they think about us business department by business department and at the last count 98.2% if them were more than satisfied with the products and services they had received from us.
