Refund Policy – Credit & Debit Cards
Purpose
This policy explains how refunds are handled for payments made by credit or debit card on our website/via our Customer Support Team. It ensures compliance with UK consumer law and card scheme rules.
Cooling-Off Period (online purchases)
Customers have a 7-day cooling-off period for any consumable orders.
You may cancel your order within this period and receive a full refund. However, if your payment was for Postage and has not been downloaded into your franking machine and used no refund will be given.
Card Payment Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original card used for payment.
We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
Refunds will appear on your card statement within 7 – 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks & Cardholder Protection
• If you believe a transaction was unauthorised or disputed, you may request a chargeback through your card issuer.
• Card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) provide protection for customers in case of fraud, non-delivery, or misrepresentation.
• We will cooperate fully with card issuers in resolving disputes.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the same card account used for payment.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
