Franking Machines Support

All FP customers will be able to download the new Royal Mail rates for franked mail, ahead of the rate change taking place on Tuesday 2^nd April 2024. 

By performing a Data Upload/Synchronization on the franking machine, the new prices will be pre-installed ready for use from April 2^nd 2024, ensuring the correct prices are utilised at all times. Find out the new mailmark Royal mail rate change  

If the software update is not performed before Monday 2^nd October, the machine will prevent any post from being franked and prompt the user to perform the update. Please note, the update may take slightly longer than usual and require the machine to reboot. If you have any questions regarding the Royal Mail rate change, or require any assistance with the software update, please do not hesitate to contact our FP Support centre, on: 01322 424 890.
