FAQ's

In times of climate change we make our contribution to environmental protection. FP Mailing supports environmental protection with a return and recycling program for your used postage meter cartridges.

Use the pre-addressed return bag that comes with the delivery of cartridges from FP. We will then take care of everything else for you! If you didn’t receive a bag, please select the type of machine you have above and then follow the instructions.

Participation in the FP Recycling Program is free for our customers.

Used cartridges of postage meter models PostBase, PostBase mini, Mymail, Ultimail and Centormail.

Please do not use this program for used ribbon cassettes (T1000, OptiMail) or for defective consumables. Used consumables that have been accidentally returned to the take back and recycling program cannot be returned.
