Good news!!

The Royal Mail changes will be effective from MONDAY 25th MARCH, 2019. In order to keep providing class leading services, the Royal Mail has announced that there will be a number of price changes. However, franking machine customers will still experience big savings over stamp users and FP customers can still experience further discounts by using FP exclusive Mailmark EXTRA.

I am a mandatory meter or non contractual scale customer……
Royal Mail’s Franking Legal Scheme stipulates that you need to ensure you are franking at the correct prices and they have recently introduced a £1.00 surcharge per under priced item. Therefore, to take advantage of the franking discounts and help you avoid any surcharges, you will need to purchase an updated rate card.

You will have received an online RATE CARD code and link to our on line order form. Just follow the link from your letter, enter your details and your online code and we will send you your normal rate card. Please note that our online order forms are only available for customers who pay for their postage by DIRECT DEBIT.

I am a standard rental customer……
If you are part of our automatic rate card despatch process, you should have already received an invoice notification for your rate card and direct debit collection. You don’t need to do anything else, your pre-ordered rate card is on its way to you.

I opted out of the automatic rate card despatch process….
You can still manually order your updated rate card and we have sent you an online RATE CARD code and link to our on line order form. Just follow the link from your letter, enter your details and your online code and we will send you your normal rate card. Please note that our online order forms are only available for customers who pay for their postage by DIRECT DEBIT.

I am a fully comprehensive, PLUS rental or warranty customer
You don’t need to do anything else, your pre-ordered rate card is on its way to you.

I am a non rental customer in South West England, Scotland or Northern Ireland….
Please contact your service provider who will advise you if you need to order your updated rate card.
