Sadly, it’s not always the most wonderful time of the year…

Last Christmas, The Samaritans responded to 300,734 calls for help. Alongside this, more than 45% of men responded to a survey by The Samaritans saying they felt more worried at Christmas than any other times of the year.

At a time that can be difficult for many, FP Mailing want to focus on self-care and the things that make us happy.

We want to keep festive spirits high and reflect on the things that are good for our mental well-being. That’s why we are counting down to Christmas Day by sharing our favourite activities with the rest of the office.

From handbags, to instruments, to x-box, to pets, children and the gym. Discover what cheers us up and gives us a big grin.

FP Mailing chose to support The Samaritans for their dedicated Charity of the Year for 2019 as we all know someone who has been affected by Mental Health. We understand how important the support provided by The Samaritans is. The Samaritans speak to someone who is struggling every 6 seconds and have 20,000 volunteers to help people in need. We have fundraised through a variety of events over the past twelve months and have raised over £5500 to help recruit and train Samaritan volunteers.
